  • The technological platform is an infrastructure that makes information available at the same rate as the metal output and with the same accuracy with which the alloy is cast. MILL+ technology is not based on proprietary hardware; it uses standard market components, which can be expanded to  meet growing needs, and is easy to procure from the trade, such as PLCs (SIEMENS™, OMRON™, SAIA™, ALLEN BRADLEY™), OPC™ standard technology for plant data acquisition, the PROFIBUS™ field bus, SCADA systems, wireless terminals, thermal markers and printers in the ethernet network for product identification, SQL SERVER™ or ORACLE™ databases, and barcodes or RFID for product identification.

  • Data communication and exchange technology is based on the wired or wireless Ethernet network.

  • Software technology is based on a Microsoft™ platform. The product is natively multilingual.

  • The database is multiplatform and supports  Microsoft SQL SERVER™ or ORACLE™.
